Whenever you receive a mail or and sms from any brand claiming to be from GMT. Kindly follow this
simple process.
1. Check the transfer slip and locate the OTT Reference Number
2. Visit our official website and try to track that transaction
If the transaction comesup on our server, then that means the transfer slip you received is
correct ad originated from us.
Else if not correct or does not come up on our server, Then you have to send an email

for further investigation and verification of transfer slip.
